Tigers Alliance Fund Management Company (TAFM) is a joint-venture between London based Centaurus Capital and a Group of Vietnamese private companies. We aim to manage dynamic funds investing mainly in highly liquid securities listed/or about to be listed on Viêt Nam stock markets and to provide to our investors an absolute return in most of the market situations over a short to mid-term horizon.
Our team brings together entrepreneurs long experienced in Vietnam together with investment professionals. Such unique team into a common execution platform, is giving an advantage in strong deal-flow sourcing capabilities and stringent deal selection to access to the real opportunities. Rigourous bottom-up analysis is used to create a picking list.
Day-to-day and minute-by-minute monitoring of markets is our typical active style of assets management to achieve the target through a focused, disciplined and pragmatic investment strategy such as (i) investment in liquid securities; (ii) taking opportunities of undervalued local business with a strong franchise or dominant niche market (iii) pre-IPO invitations and special event driven situations.
Clear hierarchized authorizations and control procedure are in place to insure responsible execution of each deal.
