Mrs Pham Thi Kim Thu, is a Viet Nam National. She is the senior advisor of Tigers Alliance Capital and played a key role in the design and set-up of our fund.
Until 2007, she was Vice President of Exchange, Viet Nam Development Bank (previously known as the Viet Nam Development Assistance Fund). The bank implements economic development policies of the Viet Nam Government.
From 2000 to 2006, she served as Deputy of Director and Director of Development Assistance Fund, Ha Noi Branch.
From 1995 to 2000, Mrs Kim Thu was head of Techniques Economic and Evaluation of Investment and Development Dept, Ministry of Finance. Before 1994, she was the head of Techniques Economic and Evaluation, Bank for Investment-and Development, Ha Noi Branch.
Mrs Kim Thu graduated at Hanoi University of Architecture, National Economic University and Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public administration.
